1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cadex Systems website (cadexhq.com) or the Cadex Dashboard application (dashboard.cadexhq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cadex Systems provides AI-powered file automation services. Our Dashboard application allows users to connect cloud storage providers (such as Google Drive), configure naming conventions and folder destinations, and automatically classify, rename, and organize files using artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Cadex Dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Drive. By connecting these services, you authorize Cadex to access and process data from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect. You represent that you have the authority to grant Cadex access to the connected accounts and files.

5. AI Processing

Our service uses artificial intelligence to classify and organize files. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated classifications and file naming may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing processed files and verifying accuracy.

Cadex is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect file classification, naming, or organization performed by our automated systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or process files that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service.
• Use the service to process files containing malware or malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your files and data. By using our service, you grant Cadex a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The Cadex name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Cadex Systems. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CADEX SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cadex in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Cadex Systems related to appointments you have booked, including confirmations, reminders, and brief follow-ups.

Program: Cadex Systems Appointment Notifications.
Frequency: Recurring; typically one to four messages per booked appointment.
Cost: Cadex does not charge for SMS; message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cadex may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
