2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.
Google Drive Data: When you connect Google Drive, our application accesses files in folders you explicitly designate as intake folders. We read file contents solely to classify, rename, and organize files according to your configured naming conventions and folder destinations. We do not access files outside of your designated folders.
Usage Data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Communications: If you contact us by email or through our website forms, we retain the contents of those communications.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our services, including AI-powered file classification and organization.
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To process files you submit through connected integrations (Google Drive).
- To communicate with you about your account or our services.
- To improve our website and application through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Google User Data
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only access Google Drive data that is necessary to provide the file automation features you have explicitly configured.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models unrelated to providing our service to you.
- File contents are processed transiently by our AI classification service and are not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the processing task.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service Providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (transactional email), and Google (Drive API). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. File processing metadata (file names, classification results, timestamps) is retained for audit and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google Account settings.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Opt out of analytics tracking.

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand website traffic. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent revision.
12. SMS and Text Messaging
When you book an appointment through cadexhq.com/book and provide your phone number along with explicit consent (an unchecked "I agree to receive SMS" checkbox you actively select), we use that phone number solely to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and brief follow-up messages related to the appointment you booked.
Program name: Cadex Systems Appointment Notifications.
Message frequency: Recurring; typically one to four messages per booked appointment.
Carrier disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are processed through Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider, solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
